Title: Client Service Associate

Job Description: The Client Associate at All Star Financial serves a critical role in the firm’s success. They must be able to communicate and build a professional rapport with clients. The Client Associate must be extremely detail oriented and have the ability to efficiently complete multiple tasks per day. They will primarily provide administrative and operational support to Senior and Associate Wealth Advisors. There are significant opportunities to grow in the position.

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Service clients and build rapport in a professional manner. Answer questions on their account and ensure timely response to any issues or tasks.
  • Keep the Wealth Advisors updated on information and activities related to clients.
  • Research and efficiently resolve complex problems related to client accounts.

Back-Office Support:

  • Gain subject matter expertise on custodial platforms (Fidelity & Schwab) and build working relationship with our custodian support team members.
  • Prepare forms and process requests for Client tasks.
  • Prepare necessary reports and review prior to client meetings. (Meeting Prep)
  • Process fund request transfers.
  • Assist Advisors in the New Client Onboarding process (New Accounts & System Setup)
  • Ensure appropriate forms and documentation is prepared, submitted, and filed appropriately.
  • Adhere to all compliance policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Utilize the firm’s systems to complete and document appropriate tasks. (SF, BD, WC, Schwab, LF, etc)
  • Coordinate to ensure timely communication with clients. Coordinate direct mailings as needed.
  • Provide input to improving processes and efficiencies
  • Perform other duties as required which contribute to overall effectiveness of the position and the firm.

Job Requirements:

  • High degree of attention to detail & professionalism
  • Ability to work in a team atmosphere, while also working independently to complete daily work
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently
  • BA/BS Degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
