Deepening Client Relationships

This past year, All Star Financial participated in Fidelity Investment’s Nationwide Benchmarking Study for all independent RIA’s that use their trading platform. This was not the first study we had done, but we found the results this time to be very informative. After going over the results of the study we realized that we had not conducted a Client Satisfaction Survey recently. This is always helpful to see what areas of growth and change are available to us. We value the relationship we have with you and wanted to see what else we could do to enhance your experience. We want to grow through you!

A couple months ago, All Star Financial was selected as one of three advisory firms across the nation to be featured in a Fidelity Investments piece that encouraged other advisors to participate in their Benchmarking Study. The study has enhanced our practice management, and the hope is for this video to be a resource for other firms wanting to do the same. Fidelity Investments was impressed at how much we had gotten out of this study. It not only helped us launch our new marketing plan but also helped deepen the relationships we have with our clients.
