Shona joined the All Star team as the Chief Operating Officer in 2022. She is an innovative leader who has owned, led, and grown successful companies for the past 25 years. Shona has spent her career working in both for-profit and non-profit roles that have moved her across the country several times. Most recently she served as President of an e-learning company in Minneapolis. Prior to that Shona led PRX through a merger as their Chief Strategy Officer in Boston and oversaw the revenue and audience growth division of American Public Media’s national programming and partnerships in Minneapolis.
Shona’s love of travel and adventure was sparked early on while growing up in Alaska, Oregon, California, and Washington. She is thrilled to be part of the All Star team and is happily putting down roots in Minnesota. Shona and her husband enjoy spending their free time with friends, traveling, skiing, hiking, and cycling.
